I'm Cinu Chandran

 With 20 years of globetrotting culinary excellence, I have established myself as a leader in the industry. With two back-to-back nominations for "Best Chef" in Dubai in 2012 and 2013, as well as being awarded "Best Steak House" by "What's On 2013," I have a proven track record of success. Furthermore, I have received seven nominations for "Best Restaurant" in Dubai since 2011 by top names such as "Hoteliers Middle East," "Time Out Dubai," "What's On," "Caterer's Global," and "BBC Good Food." My experience, skills, and awards make me the perfect choice for taking your restaurant to the next level.

I have had the privilege of working with some of the most prestigious organizations in the industry. From the United Kingdom's Michelin star Brasserie Blanc to Taj Hotels and Palaces, The Oberoi Group, The Grand Hyatt, The Moevenpick Hotels and Resorts, and The Zee Group, I have honed my skills and gained invaluable experience in the F&B world. These opportunities have allowed me to work with some of the best in the industry and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to my clients.

With a reputation as a skilled chef and culinary expert, I have also had the privilege of being a part of several prestigious TV shows and culinary competitions. As an official judging chef for Master Chef India 2020, I have had the opportunity to showcase my culinary skills on a global platform. I have also been a part of ongoing cookery reality shows with Asianet Middle East, and have appeared on cookery shows with ZEE Middle East, Channel D, Star Plus, and B4U. I have also been a part of food shows with NDTV Metro Nation, India. In addition, I have been a part of the judging panel for various cooking competitions across the UAE, further cementing my status as a culinary expert.
